The extensive mix of skills, knowledge, and experience Vistra’s board brings is a direct result of the diversity of our board members. After the 2021 annual meeting of stockholders, which requires an annual election with majority voting for directors, Vistra’s board is comprised of 10 members, three of whom are women and two of whom are ethnically diverse.
