The Newton Power Plant is answering the call from Illinois communities impacted by the March 31 tornado. Severe weather ripped through the Wabash Valley region, and the need for food, shelter, and financial aid is great. The Newton Power Plant made a $10,000 donation to the United Way of Crawford County’s Tornado Relief Fund to help families and businesses get back on their feet.  

The United Way Crawford County has been serving Crawford County since 2001.
