Eligible employees can receive educational assistance to help advance their career, acquire new skills or re-train. The assistance is provided upon enrollment, and encourages employees to pursue active learning throughout their career.

The Next Generation

Vistra has established endowed scholarships for historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and those with significant multi-cultural student bodies.

Training and Development

Vistra partners with Skillbridge to provide internships to servicemen and women preparing to retire from military service and enter the workforce.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Employees at Vistra have the option to particpate in — and create — community groups that foster connection and create a welcoming, diverse environment.
